Subhadra gets emotional talking about her life and faith. She believes in youth, as the time to lay the foundations for one’s life’s work as well as understanding the self. She talks about her philosophical beliefs; the way she interprets the scriptures and led her life accordingly. In the process, she also expresses her deep contempt for fools who had shunned the scriptures believing only in modern education. She believes in Guru and her faith is beyond the petty boundaries of race, creed or religion. As she shares her ideas of virtues and sins, she looks back at her own life and declares that the love of the people had been her most cherished possession. And till this day, that is what she sings about…
