He conducted many workshop for acting , he teaches theatre for school children last 6 years and he teaches difference acting school in kolkata. He loves painting and photography. Biswajit Scholarship hold from West Bengal State Akademi Dance, Drama, Music & Visual Arts in 2013-14 in set design in theatre. He external examiner of Dept. of Drama Rabindra Bharati University.
He directed Samanya Kshati, We the People, Chudurbudur in theatre and he want to explore use of difference space for theatre.
Now he deeply involve in Howrah Jonaki Theatre Group.
